At Furniture Flip, we strive to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please note that all products are sold by individual vendors on our platform, and each vendor may have their own return or refund policies.

Returns & Refunds
  • For any returns or refund requests, please contact the seller directly through the contact options provided on the product page or in your order details.

  • Sellers are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges according to their policies.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply to select items. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

  • While Furniture Flip does not directly manage returns or refunds, we may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers if needed.

  • If you encounter any issues or conflicts, please contact our Customer Support team, and we will do our best to help mediate a resolution.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed with the seller.
